Adner-Bergart necklaces fuse rare hundred year old African beads with vintage Murano glass beads circa 1900 to 1970. These unique and innovative designs are not only beautiful and unique but also rich with history.
Both Adner and Bergart are artists and approach beading like painting. Color, light, and texture inform all of their decisions and designs. Each necklace is an artistic creation by women of different generations and artistic backgrounds. Their shared love for beads, travel and history has brought them together to create these one-of-a-kind necklaces.
Necklaces are sold online and can be seen at The Bead Museum in Glendale, Arizona and at the Color Obsession Gallery in Mashpee, Massachusetts. Necklaces are presented in handmade batik bags made by women in Ghana. Shipping is free.
